Directions from JR Shibuya Station with pictures

Below are the directions on how to reach Shibuya Gaigo Gakuin from the South Ticket Gate, West Exit of Shibuya JR Station.

Visitors who come from the Tōkyū Tōyoko Line or from the Fukutoshin Line can reach the South Gate of Shibuya JR Station from Exit No. 14 after exiting the Hikarie Ticket Gate (B3 Floor).

First, coming from the South ticket gate of JR Station, head towards the “West Exit(西口)” according to the guided signs.

You are now on the West Exit of JR Shibuya Station. There will be a bus stop and some lottery shops in front of you.  The JR EAST Travel Service Center(みどりの窓口) will be on your left. Continue straight to exit the station and turn left.

From the corner of the “JR EAST Travel Service(みどりの窓口)”, turn left and go up the stairs in front of you. (Direction of Metropolitan Expressway Route 246)

These are the stairs that will lead you to the pedestrian bridge.

After going up the stairs, turn left on to the pedestrian bridge . You will cross toward “Sakuragaoka” with the Metropolitan Expressway bridge above. At the end, proceed down the stairs and continue until it curves around.

Go down these stairs to “Sakuragaoka”.

Go through the construction passageway along the construction site fence.

At the end of the passageway, walk across the pedestrian crosswalk towards the “Ikebe MUSIC” building and turn left.

After passing “Ikebe MUSIC”,

there will be a restaurant called “Kirin City” on your right corner.

On the corner of “Kirin City”, there is another restaurant across the street called  “Sukiya(すき家)”.  Head towards it and cross the street.

Go up the slope with “Sukiya(すき家)” on the left.  You will soon see “Granbell Hotel”  and “CONA Pizza” on your left.

Once you pass the “Granbell Hotel” building (1F pizza

Store “CONA”), you will see the school sign and turn left.

The school is the light yellow building “NKG Tokyo Building ” which is a little away back from the street.

The front desk of the school is on the second floor of the NKG Tokyo Building.

The name of the school building is “NKG Tokyo Building (NKG東京ビル)”, however it may be called “NKG Tokyo Main Office Building (NKG東京本社ビル)” in some maps.  The brown building next to the school is called “NKG Tokyo Building No. 2 (NKG東京第2ビル)”. Please be aware of the two different buildings when you visit the school.
