2020年4月学期に関する情報– 新型コロナウイルス関連（COVID-19）

在籍者及び新入生に、これまでのアウトブレイクに関する情報が届きました。以下は、情報の概略です。

渡航制限

日本到着日の14日前に次のリンクに記載されているいずれかのエリアに行った場合、出入国在留管理庁は入国を拒否する可能性があります。

オリエンテーション

なお、新入生オリエンテーションは、4月1日（水）14:00からです。これは、この期間にオンラインレッスンがどのように行われるかを新入生に説明する機会です。当校では、Google ClassroomとZOOMを活用します。コンピューター、タブレット、またはスマートフォンを使用してアカウントを設定できます。入学に必要な情報や資料の共有、基本的な手続きを行います。

オンラインレッスン

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大対策として、最初の7回のレッスンを4月2日から4月10日までオンラインで行う予定です。以前のメールで説明されているように、Google Classroom / ZOOMからログインしてください。注：出入国在留管理庁からの指示に応じて、この日程を延長する必要がある可能性があります。

To all current and new arriving students, by now you have received an influx of emails regarding the outbreak updates.  Below is a summary of the information as we prepare for the new term this week:

Travel Restrictions

Orientation

As a reminder, Orientation for new students is this Wednesday April 1^st (Wednesday) at 14:00.  This will be an opportunity for new students to learn how online lessons are held during this time.  Our school will be utilizing Google Classroom and ZOOM.  You can use a computer, tablet or your smart phone to set up an account.  We will be going through important information and materials as well as basic procedures for your enrollment.

Online Classes

As a measure of social distancing, our plans are to hold the first 7 lessons online, April 2^nd – April 10^th.   Please log in through Google Classroom / ZOOM as explained in the previous emails.  Note:  There is the possibility we may need to extend this date in response to the spread and instructions/ updates from Immigration.
